Terms & Conditions Of the Salon

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
  • To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, otherwise a 50% charge will be made.
  • We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment; especially at busy periods.
  • Our prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift vouchers are non refundable and valid for 6 months and will not be accepted after the expiry date.
  • Please note it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the salon
  • Payment- we accept cash and all major credit cards, however we do not accept American Express or cheque. All payments for treatments, products and courses must be made in full on the day of purchase.
  • For any persons under the age of 18, a parent or adult guardian presence is mandatory, however we request no children in the treatment room due to health and safety regulations.
  • Any cancellations less than 12 hours before your appointment and we are unable to fill your cancelled slot; we reserve the right to charge 100% of your appointment value
  • Failure to turn up to an appointment (no show) then we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your appointment value.
